2016 SkillsUSA District Competition Winners

SkillsUSA is the largest career and technical student organizations (CTSO) organizations and is open to all students. It emphasizes respect for the dignity of work, high standards and trade ethics, workmanship, scholarship, safety, and partnership with business. 4 Teams of Middle & High School Girls Compete in Global Technology & Entrepreneurship Competition

For 12 weeks Delaware County Technical High Schools will run a free coding workshop, Delco Girls CODE, which will implement the global technology entrepreneurship program for girls, Technovation.  During the Delco Girls CODE – Technovation Challenge teams of girls in grades 6th – 9th will work together to develop an app that addresses a problem in the community.
