Real World Programs for Real Opportunity!
Students from (15) area school districts have the opportunity to enhance their education with career and technical experiences directly connected to the real world.
Each year, DCTS partners, members of the business and industry community review and update career and technical education (CTE) programs to ensure that they are current and relevant to today’s needs and technologies.
Programs of Study Make College Accessible and Affordable
Through this state-wide initiative, CTE schools work directly with industry professionals and post-secondary institutions – including technical institutes, community colleges and 4-year colleges – to design specific programs of study for high demand careers.
Programs of study focus on academic and technical preparation that combines two years of high school with two or more years of post-secondary education.
