Guided by industry professionals and an interactive, student-drivenGuided by industry professionals and an interactive, student-centered curriculum, our Cosmetology courses focus on the fundamentals that enable learners to confidently begin working with hair, skin, and nails early in their training. Technical skill development blends with applied sciences to guide them toward a successful career as a Salon Professional. During this three year, 1,250 training program, learners can expect to focus on hair sculpture, color application, chemical texture, skin care and nail procedures. We also focus on a wide variety of scientific applications, such as chemistry of cosmetics, biology, human anatomy and physiology. All of these concepts and procedures are learned and applied in an interactive theory area and student salon. Upon completion, graduates are fully prepared to take and pass the Pennsylvania State Board of Cosmetology Examination, which provides professional license for employment in this field.

Students should expect to invest approximately $400 in specialized tools, uniforms, kits and reference books for this 3-year program.
