SEPA RWTC Provides Weatherization Certification Training throughout Bucks, Delaware and Montgomery counties.
The Southeastern Pennsylvania Regional Weatherization Training Consortium (SEPA RWTC) provides FREE training opportunities for individuals in the counties of Bucks, Delaware and Montgomery in Pennsylvania and Mercer, Burlington, Hunterdon, Camden and Gloucester in New Jersey.
The project helps workers enter the labor pool by providing job-ready training for weatherization projects to meet the needs of the industrial suburbs surrounding Philadelphia.
Participants can take certification courses offered by any SEPA RWTC consortium member.
Participants interested in registering for training should complete the following steps:
- Fill out a SEPA Weatherization Training In-take form
- Submit the Physical Capability Assessment Waiver which includes a Physician Signature.
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Register with PA Careerlink ® in your county. SEPA RWTC has a strong relationship with PA Careerlink ®. Candidates will have access to their resources which they can use to find work.

- Pass the WorkKeys assessment test arranged through PA Careerlink ®.
- Complete a Physical Capability Test to be taken at the Bucks County Public Safety Training Center
